Using this research

A useful starting point.
Check the actual project.

These materials organise information and show how a business idea can be developed. They do not establish legal or operational readiness.

Scope and dates

The directory covers all 50 states and Washington, DC. Five states have detailed guides. Other entries are signposts to official agencies, not complete state assessments. Research is dated 30 September 2026 and is not automatically maintained.

What needs individual review

Immigration eligibility, employment status, taxes, licensing, insurance and funding depend on the actual employer, worker, worksite, duties and contracts. Obtain qualified advice for decisions in these areas and check current official instructions before filing or paying.

Source quality

Government sources are preferred for requirements. Provider websites establish only what those providers publicly describe; they do not confirm acceptance of an AmChex project. Restricted automated access and unresolved questions are recorded in the research.

Brand and map

The AmChex logo comes from Nathan’s supplied Figma draft. The geographic map uses US Atlas, based on US Census Bureau cartographic data. The map highlights guide coverage and does not imply provider coverage.

No live service or endorsement

AmChex is a worked example. There are no asserted client relationships, approved delivery partners, offices or visa-success cases. Government and provider links are references, not endorsements.
