For recruitment agencies
You know the opportunity.
Map the route to delivery.
AmChex explores a UK-facing coordination service for agencies considering US construction placements. The proposition is developed here as a worked example.
Who the idea is for
An agency with a real project to investigate.
Perhaps a client wants a team on a US construction site. You understand the recruitment brief, but need to establish the employment structure, lawful work route, state requirements and cost of delivery.
The proposed AmChex role is to organise that assessment and coordinate suitable specialists. It would not replace the actual employer, qualified advisers or the host’s site responsibilities.

- The agency, end client and contracting chain.
- Actual trades, duties, worksite states and project dates.
- Approximate workforce, working patterns and pay.
- Existing work authorisation or the need for specialist immigration assessment.
- Who employs, supervises, insures and funds the workers.
