What the enquiry demo stores
The public form accepts a fixed fictional name, company and email address, plus project-state choices, approximate headcount and an optional sample start date. The backend rejects replacement contact details or free-text context. Please do not try to submit real personal information.
Fictional records are used to demonstrate the intake and admin workflow. They are marked as demo records and removed by a daily cleanup once they are over 30 days old. Submitting does not send an email or subscribe anyone to marketing.
Technical data and cookies
Vercel hosts the website; a separate Convex deployment stores fictional enquiries and owner sessions. Hosting and security systems may process ordinary request metadata such as IP addresses. Abuse prevention uses a keyed hash of the request address rather than storing the address in an enquiry.
The private owner inbox uses an essential, secure session cookie. The public site does not install advertising pixels or non-essential analytics cookies. Fonts are supplied by Google Fonts, whose servers receive a request when the stylesheet loads.

nathan@amchex.com is an illustrative, unmonitored address. This example does not claim ownership of the amchex.com domain. Do not send personal documents, work enquiries or privacy requests to that address.

Owner access
The owner inbox is password protected and stores hashed, revocable sessions lasting up to eight hours. Public visitors cannot list or export inbox records.
