How it would work

Clear steps.
Named responsibilities.

A proposed operating process for a future business. The example stops short of employing people, arranging visas or processing wages.

01

Define the project

Record the actual work, end client, locations, dates, worker numbers and contracting chain. A location alone does not establish which requirements apply.

02

Assess the workforce route

The responsible employer and immigration adviser establish whether each worker may perform the proposed work under the proposed arrangement.

03

Confirm delivery partners

Obtain written acceptance for the actual trades, states and risks. Identify the employing entity, tax filer, insurer, immigration petitioner and site supervisor.

04

Agree costs and responsibilities

Document service scope, employment costs, funding, payment terms, insurance and the responsibilities retained by each party.

05

Prepare the project

Complete the applicable registrations, contracts, worker checks and site readiness tasks. Resolve open items before anyone is treated as ready to start.

06

Run, check and reconcile

After a lawful launch, approve timesheets, review payroll, confirm funds, reconcile payments and filings, and track corrections. A specialist partner would perform payroll calculations and filings.
